I did the same with my dervs some months ago and drops were really good: golds (mainly ele focus, staffs), a ruby, tomes and many normal drops....

The build: Derv/monk

[vital boon] [mystic regeneration] [protective spirit] [mystic sweep] [victorious sweep] [conviction] [mystic vigor] [vow of silence]

This way i could also take scales that are necros and they actually sucks

attributes: scythe 12, earth prayers 10, mysticism 12, protection prayer the rest according to your runes

NOTE: [protective spirit] is just to protect against [inferno]; when you aggroo 3 of them and they begin spamming [inferno] you take 300dmg that hurt a lot XD. For scales just take care they don't cast [soul barbs] or [spiteful spirit] or you have to wait until it ends before going on.

It's really easy to farm them with scythe when they are perfectly aggroed
